About 5 days ago node18 had HDD issue and from then H9 specialists trying to restore accounts from that node.
Some accounts are restored, some restored partially, some accounts just showing cPanel-Apache green success page ... After 5 days, nothings change. H9 support just ignored my tickets. I cannot migrate accounts (because they not restored). I cannot delete account. I cannot do anything. I can't get answer for my ticket. I just don't believe that it is possible?!! If someone from H9 read this forum, I begging for ticket reply. Even if replay will be something like "We are sorry, all of us watching the game, havin' a bud ... and don't care about you, your customers, and other our clients, ...." Thank you Ben for resolving (partially) ticket CCH-336050, but I'm still waiting for ticket VXB-118014. I'm very disappointed and I don't believe that I must write on the forum because nobody don't answer on tickets.
