Well I been here for a Year now.
Had my ups and downs!!
Have to be honest here though.
Just lately over the Holiday I was really thinking about moving my reseller business out of here. I was frustrated at some PHP stuff not working right now and over this past year and blaming Host Nine for the problems.
Iam a pushy type person wanting things to work now not hours from now!
Sometimes the support here does take a little time for responses, but then again I want them to put everyone else's problems to the side and come to my rescue. But one thing I have to honestly say, everytime when I really needed help it was there!
Mr. Nick, Ben, and Arron,Travis, Alex and everyone else at support deserve some credit even where there is no credit due for the excellent help they give.

For the next round:

I have hosted at a few different hosting outfits before coming to Host Nine.
At every Hosting business I have hosted at really push the issue of "we only give support on server issues not your personal websites"
Although that remains to be the same policy at every hosting business out there, Host Nine support kinda puts a little twist on that Policy. 95% of all my support issues were of the personal website nature this past year ---get the hint---

Thanks Host Nine Support for putting up with all my rudeness and pushyness this past Year.

And Last but not Least:
My New Years Resolution.......This Year I will be a better Customer!!
