Sales: 0 Seconds Support: 30 Minutes Abuse: 4 Hours, 0 Minutes Managers: 0 Seconds

Hi,
That is actually dynamically created when ever you visit our helpdesk page. You will notice over time as you visit it or refresh it those numbers changes as they are generated in real-time based off of our helpdesk. They are not guaranteed times but our current average times so customers can get an ETA as to when they will see a response.
