Default New Customer Comment

I am in the process in registering a reseller account, the first attempt was blocked because I suspect I used my hotmail account, when I registered again using my website email it went through and took my credit card payment.

I then noticed pending on the account so I created a support ticket RQC-359733 and now over 12 hours later no reply.

From 8am EST I have tried all 3 extensions of the phone line and have been on hold for over an hour with no response from all 3. Good job I am on VOIP because my telephone bill would be very excessive as I am in the UK.

I am aware that I registered on a Saturday and this is Sunday but I am very wary that if you can not set up a reseller account assure yourselves that it is not fraud etc in a timely manner coupled with no response from the telephone help line, perhaps I am chosing the wrong host.

Also I am paying for the day wait because the monthly payment is scheduled for jan 6th 2009 and I have not had the use of the account yet.

I am off now to see if teh online chat can resolve things if not I will off to another hosting company with a request for a refund on my credit card for non performance of host9.

Just to update you all, I did get a live web chat person who asked me to wait for a hour and a half until a admin person got in. I did get a reply to my ticket and was asked for photo id to verify who I was, it has beeen sent. I will wait and see how long it takes to get set up.
