Thank You Ben for all your help today.
While I read a lot of negative reviews on this forum, I have to say that I haven't experienced a lot of what is being said. I guess if you give people a place to publicly complaign, they will.
All I know is that I have tried many other hosting companies and keep coming back to hostnine. Today Ben reaffirmed my decision to stay at h9 after I made a poor decision to move. He took the time to help me re-reset up my account and made sure I had all the information I needed to move back to h9 and set-up my domains. Thanks Ben, I do appreciate it. Trust me, the service at h9 is great as I've been with many other hosts.
