Very pleased with H9

Well, I am very pleased with H9. I have been here for about 3 months now, with a shared hosting account. I'm about to change over to a reseller because of the great suppor tyou guys give. Also, the servers all over the place is a GREAT selling point, I just spent about 30 minutes on live chat with hostgator (ranked between 1 and 3 on about 5 or 6 different top reseller sites) and they only have one DC, period. I have to say, that is a great thing you have going here, and here soon I will be purchasing the re-seller account, and I hope I have as good an experience with it as I do my shared hosting. I end up with a few tickets open for a couple days every now and then, but I believe they are resolved in a reasonable amount of time, and the help I get is always clear and easy to understand, and I always get told how to do it myself if it is something I can. Thanks guys, also, the 50% off coupon for the first month is also a great idea.
