When i can use my new account???????????

i purchased yesterday my second reseller and i request to use whm instead of Rc, because i already familiar in WHM because i used it in my existing reseller account.

but you know what sales told me that i cannot use the WHM bec. they dont have it. I was shock when they told me in LIVE Chat. because Greg told me i can request to use it. THe sales told me that greg was given a wrong information..

what happen to H9 people in live chat.....

until now i cannot use my reseller...

and then another scenario i have a ticket that they told me they cannot copy from the site from one reseller account to another reseller account...They do not support this... so i just have to cancel my new reseller account...
What a support!!!!

I been a reseller for almost 2 yrs thats why i purchased again another reseller because i satisfied here..but i do not know what happen now..
or things has change now...

all i want is to used WHM and have a privatenameserver instead of ns331.speedydns.net like that..

and have a copy of my site from my first reseller account to second reseller account......

now when i used live chat about this matter they just hanging me up...

please kindly check this and i hope you take good care of your customer.

Blake just informed me that he is assisting you via live chat now. I gave him the go ahead on allowing you to use WHM instead of Reseller Central. He is setting that up for you now. Normally we do not do this but in this case it's not a problem as we have WHM spots available.

because i will transfer all my site to a new reseller account so while i change their dns they still can use their site.

SiR i really upset the control that i have right now in my new reseller account.
the ff. are only control i have right now in my new reseller


1. List Subdomains
2.Change WHM Theme.
3.ConfigServer Security&Firewall
4.Fantastico De Luxe WHM Admin
5.Mod Security
6.RVSiteBuilder Manager
7.RVSkin Manager

So how can i add a domain under my reseller and package control. i submit a ticket JTZ-678262 and they told me that the other account has a dedicated i used all the control for almost 2 years now my first reseller now they told me that the new reseller i can only used 5 control in my WHM....


SIR bEN i hope my control in WHM will fix now. beccause upto now i cannot add domain and other setting in WHM i just mention above the control that i have right now in my WHM..
And i hope i can have a control also for backup in WHM to restore the full backup that i made for my other site.
i have 5 site from my first reseller to transfer to my second reseller...
please i hope you take action about this..because upto now i cannot use my WHM because their is no control or i mean limited control i have now in my NEW reseller that i purchased last week...
