I am happy to have reached Greg one day I was having serious windows reseller hosting issues, mainly with win3 server. The whole reason I became a cleint of H9 was because I could use windows and linux all in one place and from one control panel. Greg even though he is one of the top Linux techs he also could tell I was very frustrated and upset and he helped me resolve critical windows issues. THANK YOU!!!
I hate to slam people... but I have to say my experences with Jose have not been good at all. For starters he deleted some of my accounts when he was attempting to fix/migrate to another server not having issues... and then decided to just leave for the day leaving several of my sites not working and me wasting hours and even staying up all night because he said he was going to get back with me. Also in general he treats me like I don't know how to use the control panels etc and so when I say webmail or AV is not working for example... he is quick to try and close the ticket saying I must have not turned it on instead of checking it and realizing something is wrong with the server!!! I know some clients are not always deligent about understanding how to set up services and need a bit of hand holding. I have been doing hosting for 10 years... please understand I don't put in tickets for my health! I just need your help, to help my clients!

Hi,
I will speak with jose about this issue ASAP. We are currently putting together a new office and will have a Windows Team devoted just to 24/7 Windows Support. This will require us to charge an additional fee for Windows hosting within Reseller Central but it will not be much. We're thinking around an additional $9.95 to create Windows accounts along with Linux and that will include full on Windows support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

I am willing to pay a little extra for the Windows hosting... even said to Jose that I would chip in to upgrade MailEnable to pro or even enterprise. Seriously the webmail is much better and spam control is a lot better in those versions.
More knowledgable Windows techs and faster windows support would be MUCH appreciated! :-) Ben I have managed Windows servers for years... I could possibly even help you some as needed. I just didn't want to really deal much with hardware anymore so that is partly why I started using your services. Thank you!!!

I'm sorry I wasn't able to help you at all, sometimes I just get really busy dealing with other tickets and I don't have extra help for windows. It'll be great to have some extra help in the future though. As of now, I'll try harder to resolve any issues you may have in the future as fast as humanly possible. |
