Exclamation [Resolved] Refund! A snail journey! Attn. Ben!

I cancelled my account with H9 early this month, then began the long endless journey of getting my refund for the unused months of service!

First I opened a ticket on 11 August "AJR-766497". The ticket was closed without solving the refund matter and no action was taken by H9! I was asked by the support staff if I paid for the invoice with a credit card. I answered yes. Two days of silence by H9, then the ticket was closed! Absolute silence!

I submitted another ticket on 19 August "JZP-355021" wondering why my first ticket was closed without solving my refund request and also reminding H9 about the refund. No response from H9! The ticket was evolved to Managers and until then NOTHING!

For God sakes, How long is the refund process supposed to last?!

Hi,

I apologize about this. Our new system does not have the ability to do a partial refund so it was waiting in my queue. For some reason the original ticket was auto closed by the system causing the original delay. As stated in the ticket your refund has been processed.
