Support just hangs up on you!!!

Called 9 times in a row and the guy just picked it up and hung it back up each time. The anouncement in the forums from Ben says to call him about support problems, but when you call it goes right to vocie mail and never get a call back. The the live chat operator disconnected when I demanded an answer. And I will bet that this thread gets deleted pretty quick after I post it. Good Luck with this company!!!

I'm out!!!

Hi,

Sorry to hear about your troubles, I just phoned in to test this and had no issues whatsoever. Please feel free to PM me the phone # you called from so i can check when this happened and why. As for live chat, there is no support given there, that is a sales only medium. I will check with Ben why your calls were never returned. Please PM me if you need anything further.

Closing as per forum rules.

Hi Matt,

I just received your voice mail and apologize for missing your call. I did just attempt to make a call back to you but was not able to receive an answer so I left a message.

Going by your message I did attempt to locate your SSH-Request and was not able to find it in the helpdesk. Also, it sounds like you need SSH to restore cPanel backups which unfortunately only we (the root user) can do. If you fill out www.hostnine.com/account-transfers/ or simply email the location of your cPanel backups to support@hostnine.com we'll happily restore those for you.

As for the phone issues I know one of our techs was having issues with the Eyebeam soft phone software some use to remotely connect to the phone system. I have not been able to locate the chats you had at this time but am confident that as soon as I receive your username / email used in chat I can locate them.
