Default New Reseller -- 4 of 5 accounts moved?

We just signed up with H9, having moved from another host. We needed H9 to move a previous reseller account (with five active domains) here. They moved four of them within a couple of hours. The fifth remains un-moved.

We went through the 'Ticket process' and were told to "remind the transfer people" by commenting on the ticket. That was about six hours ago and there's still been no acknowledgement of our query. A check with Live Chat says it takes 24-48 hours to transfer an account. (So, why were the first four moved in a couple of hours after opening the account?)

I guess my primary question is...why no response? I'm used to poor Customer No-Service, but typically, one is at least acknowledged in a 24/7 support situation and given some kind of update...even if it's a negative response.

Normally most of the transfers are completed at 4PM EST throughout the evening due to the high work load and peak hours on servers during the day. This is a free service we offer and transfers can take 24-48 hours at max.

Thanks.

On another issue, where can we find documentation regarding "cPAddons" for cPanel? We tried setting up a temporary forum using the "Bulletin Board" option in cPanel on one of our accounts and were greeted with this message:

Your admin has not created a cPAddons configuration yet. Please contact them and ask them to do so.

We've been using cPanel and WHM (Web Host Manager) for many years on other accounts, but never came across this situation and didn't see a "cPAddons" configuration setting in the Reseller Central control panel. Where is this done?

You need to issue a ticket to support and they can set up the configuration on the server..
