I just want to say, so far, I am inpressed.
I have been a web host reseller since 1995, and have come across a few unprofessional outfits. Even the ones that look good on the cover, become ugly when it comes to support, and professionalisim. So far my experience here is very good. The performance of the cpanels and bw alone is refreshing. I was forced to move from my current reseller hosting as they up and changed the Ip addressed of my services without warning. And then took another 30 hours after I submitted a help ticket, to tell me that I needed to update my DNS to point to their new IP addressing. Needless to say my clients do not like being without mail & services for 3 days. I probably would have lived with it, but they did the same thing two years ago !! Host-9 has a real SLA, and real phone number for support. I even called it before signing on, just to see if a real human actually answered. ![]() Cheers, Brent |
