In our continuing efforts to ensure your accounts are located on the best hardware and network available, we will be migrating the accounts located on the server node24.myserverhosts.com to a new server on Tuesday, March 6th (US). This new server features more robust hardware and better network reliability than your current server. This new server, while located in a separate datacenter, is still situated within Singapore for fast response times to visitors located in Asia and the surrounding areas.

The migration process is designed to be as smooth as possible, and does involve a change in your account's IP address. As long as you are utilizing HostNine's DNS system, the DNS changes will take place automatically and no action will be needed by yourself. If you are however utilizing a 3rd party DNS provider, you will need to update the IP address for your domains to the new server's IP address. During the move process you may see a "Your site has moved" page. This is normal and will go away once your DNS information has fully propagated which can in some cases take up to 48 hours.

Once the migration has started we will post periodic updates within this forum thread. Please visit this thread periodically as any updates or announcements regarding your migration will be posted here. We will also update this thread with the new server's IP address before the migration begins.
