Default how long to setup account. Instant not instant?
when i read the reseller packages it said instant setup, so i signed up. I emailed sales to ask how long it takes but still have no reply. I have received confirmation of my payment and got the usual support email saying my query will be dealt with shortly.

Its been 2.5 hours now and no word. i thought instant setup would be straight away after signup, always thought thats what instant mean't .

If any of you have reseller accounts, how long was it before your reseller account was setup?

Have you not received the "Welcome" email with your account details?

As far as I am aware of H9 has this set to auto provision in their system but I could be wrong as it has been a long time since I signed up.

no, the only emails i got were saying that payment was accepted?

I have read much about slow ticket response and don't know what is yp with this as H9 will claim for tickets to support about 5min to an hour....

Have you tried live chat? or a call to their toll free?

its all ok now, blake re-sent my welcome email. really liking the reseller central.
