Default Reseller Questions...

I am looking to expand my base and have an addtional back up reseller account. Based on your answers I will decide on how to best utilize your services.

Questions concerning your hosting packages.

With the reseller packages
How many accounts are alloted to the reseller packages?

Is it possible to to create a package so that each "resold" account set up /added has thier own unique IP? (I know there would be a marginal fee of a dollar a month)

Email server. Is your server in the header of the email source instead of the resellers domain/ ip?

Why has Hostnine.com's Ip changed 10 in the past 1 year? ( there can be several reasons and it raises concern on your longevity of business)

What are your overage charges/ policy for resellers? Bandwidth? Disk Space?

Are accounts dispersed across network or are all accounts a reseller creates kept on same MAchine?

How many accounts are maintained on a machine?

Do you have physical access to the servers?

What are three of your highest traffic domain accounts, not on a dedicated machine?

What is the default http web upload size for your servers?

Do you have Imagemagick properly installed and tested with perl on an account with cPanel? (I have run on to the common error of having Imagemagick being misconfigured and reffering to the older package after past cpanel updates)

Is SSH jailed?

I read in your Terms and Conditions indecent speech. What is considered "indecent speech" Some sites I run for people are message borads and they use mature lang to express them self as quite often saying "oh Poo poo" just doesn't covey the emotion required express them self . no defamitory or hate type talk simply people talking. but indecent leaves allot of room for interpretation (to much so I might add especially for an american based business)

Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions I will check back soon for your response.

Joseph

ps PM the answers to me if you wish.

if you are using overselling, then you can theoretically have unlimited clients on one reseller account, as HostNine does not limit it.

I am very interested to know all the answers as well.

Can you post them or are they secret?

TIA
