Default Did support step out for the day?

Ben or somebody, did support step out for the day? I have 2 tickets I entered earlier today (both very important) and again, support is really starting to show it's cracks.

H9 has done a great job with the new reseller options and probably has more good things to come but, support tickets marked as urgent left unanswered for for hours (and still ticking) is not a way to keep customers satisfied.

It's the same old soup, I have customers who continually get emails bounced by their customers for no reason. I usually submit a ticket, you guys do something at the server and it works. This time it's total darkness regarding this issue.

Hi,

What are the ticket ID's on those, we certainly do not want any to go unanswered.

I also have 2 in the "Abuse" section but not marked as urgent.

HRI-717333 and ATH-356142

This is not a new issue as it has been raised by many here on the forum and I suspect in the ticket system, and the normal response that I have received is that H9 has no issues with sending to AOL etc.

This is not a solution at all.

When looking at the removal steps at anyone of these, the questions asked are really for the mail server manager or "H9"

The RDNS on the mail server IP is not valid according to DNS Stuff and this is general house keeping that should be done. And this is one reason that some mail is bounced.

Take care of the basics and then all additional things shine.

DZF-508221 and SFE-676693

Day 2 and unanswered!

Another funny thing.. I'm subscribed to this thread and even I didn't get an email that people had responded to it.

Emails that get into the 'abuse' category will sit around for a while, some of which they are doing some checking - some of which is they attempt to contact the other companies (ie AOL, Comcast, Hotmail....)

I was still seeing kick-outs from AOL over the weekend - with no response as to WHY crater got back on their s&*! list.

You should try using RC to move the website in question to somewhere else. =)

And who is to say whom ever on crater is causing this issue won't happen to jump to that system also.

This system has a static ip - which makes the move a little more interesting...
