Today i visited one of my sites to find it suspended.

www.auscybersports.com

This is the 2nd time i have had an account suspended by H9 without any courtesy email. God knows how long its been down for ...

Come on H9 a simple email informing your customers that an account they have has been suspended and the reasons why is not hard to do.....

And before anyone asks, yes i have created a support ticket with the status (critical) but last time for another account it took over 1 day for support to get back to me and over 3 days to get the acccount re-activated

I found the above information in my WHM, Does anyone know what HKG-675422 means?

This actually isn't our fault. Our data center was threatened by vBulletin and they were forced to disable the website:

We've been informed of a domain on your server that is hosting an out-dated
or pirated version of the VBulletin software. Please register the software
or remove the files completely from your server. A link to renew the

thats crap, i have 3 licenses for vBulletin. and 3 vbseo licenses for each of them.And there all updated to 3.6.8 which is the lastest version of vBulletin.

One for Bluepearl-design.com
one for steroid-kingdom.com
and one for auscybersports.com

Which vBulletin staff member sent that email?

And why wasnt i informed about this before my account was suspended so that i could sort this mistake out?'

I also have a support ticket:

Ticket ID: EHN-613262
Subject: Suspended Account
Department: Billing
Priority: Critical
Status: Open

Which is critical and hasnt even been responded to for 4 hours?

When i check the status of my ticket i get this error:

Im speaking to vBUlletin now, how long will it take to get my account back online once vBulletin sorts this problem out?

I know this is not H9 fault, but abit of communication could have solved this problem yesterday.

But you have to remeber that H9 were beibng threatened with legal action - they have to take action straight away.

Suspended accounts can be unsuspended - lawsuits are a bit more complex

That is who contacted the data center. Unfortunately the data center does have the right to take action when needed. We were just notified about the issue and I am speaking with them about that delay in notification but I trust you will take care of the license issue so I'm unsuspending it now for you.
