Domain Name Price Increase

We wanted to ensure you were aware of our announcement we made last week on a reluctant price increase for certain domain names that will begin on January 15th, 2012. The registrars that we use for domain name purchases are Increasing their prices, and we are forced to raise our rates accordingly. Please check your email inbox for an email from our billing department last week that explains which, if any, of your domains are affected. If you did not receive an email from our billing department, please log in to your Client area and submit a ticket to billing.

What can you do to save some money? Add years to your domain today, or order new domains, before the January increases. You can add one year, or even multiple years (in most cases, you can add up to 9 years) and still pay the current rate.

How can you order a renewal now? You can login to your client area https://secure.hostnine.com/billing/clientarea.php and go to My Domains. Click the "view details" button next to the domain in question. Scroll down and hit the "Renew Domain" button. Check the box next to your domain and choose how many years you would like to add to the registration. Submit your order. On the following screens, you will be prompted to pay the fee and receive an order confirmation. We will then add that many years to the domain. If we cannot add as many years as you request to the domain, we will notify you via the Helpdesk. Once you’ve placed your order, please keep a close eye out for any emails from us, as you may be required to respond in a timely manner. It could take up to 24 hours for us to respond, so please submit your domain renewal orders as soon as possible.
