Hello all,
First off, yes I have posted a ticket with H9 in regards to this. Are any of you other resellers having issues with your log files not being placed in your logs directory at the end of each days run? It was working fine for me before then suddenly stopped on July 11. If anyone has any ideas or similar problems/solutions please post them there. The reason I'm asking here is because it seems as though H9 support is stumped on this one and the more eyes you get on a problem the more likely it is to be solved. Thanks |

Ok, forget this question. Apparently there was some sort of cpanel update which caused this glitch. Possibly a fix will be out in a couple of weeks with the next updated version of cpanel.
