New MB 4 Install Issues :(

HI there,

Trying to use MB 4
Just installed it

When i try to login it shows the license then i click ACCEPT and it logs me out

Any ideas??

When you say you just installed it do you mean that you've already gone through the registration and completed the licensing?

Also, how did you create your structure. Did you FTP the files using a client or did you unpack the tar using the command line?

Lastly, I suppose this could be a simple cookie or session error. Did you delete cookies and cache or try another browser?

please contact me on MSN nelly_fan_00@hotmail.com , I will be able to help you.. there is a few settings php_values you must set in the .htaccess file to get it working.. most all hostnine customers has had this issue.

Hey jleemc44,

1. Yes i have had a MB licence for six months just been too lazy to set it up

2. I uploaded through cPanel file manager

3. Yep cleared the cookies & cache (its the first thing i do each day ..... being on Telecom New Zealand Xtra Broadband Help desk it fixes most things )

Thanks Josh this issue is now resolved

It took exactly 60 seconds and a very reasonable price

Yea!, I've worked on a help desk too. After a while you just start answering the phone with instructions on how to clear cache and cookies.
