Today berkshire is so slow and we keep getting internal errors
support says was carrying out maintenance on our server (doing it during the day isn't I'd respectfully say good service) over 2 hours ago tech says it has finished maintenance and he can resolve our domain. well I looked at it 30 minutes after that email and now get a permanent internal server error and no web site have sent tech an ticket but no answer for more than an hour and the web site is still down with an internal server error I need this sorted like yesterday Last edited by bizinhome; 05-15-2011 at 03:59 PM. First I want to apologize for any inconveniences that you have had. We normally try not to perform any type of maintenance during peak hours, however the maintenance done today was necessary to resolve some immediate issues. WFJ-300137 the site was working fine before your maintenance but during the maintenance some weird figures appear in my cpanel. like the bandwidth says 0 which is impossible. thank you |

was that before are after you have put it to your support manager or is that what you mean and have no reply from them
as it is still not loading and the mem figures do not make sense as if I click on 10 minutes in resorces it shows 1 gb the click again and nothing click again and shows 1gb but the site isn't loading and this is 3.42 am in the morning so no traffic as all is spanish traffic and they are all asleeeeeeep where I should be thanks Ian |
