Default I'am going to be reseller, few questions.

Hi H9.
Most of my customers are russian, so:
1. How i can get server load statistics (1-24 hours) ?
2. I've got about 250-300 customers for now and they consume about 700mb of memory and about 1,5 ghz of processor (cpanel data), 80 GB HDD, ~300 GB traffic per month. (including spamd and clamav service - it takes a lot). Is it acceptable for resellers ?
3. Backup procedure how match time does it takes? It important for me because of different time zones.
4. Also i need 2 different ip for nameservers, from different C-class subnet.

Thank you.
Mihail

It sounds like you need a VPS or dedicated box.

Did you even look at H9's reseller packages? You say you need 80 gig of space and 300 gig of bandwidth, yet the highest package H9 offers is 25gigs of space and 250 gigs of bandwidth.

You seem to have too many clients to handle being on a shared reseller server.

i did, but they supply
1$/10gb traffic
1$/1gb space

Why reseller ? Not so much profit to support dedicated server.
Can anybody from H9 to answer for this question ... ?

Ya that is true. I didn't think of that at first.

To get the quickest response, just hit them up on livechat or shoot them an email. They check the forums, but they don't have a high priority.

Once hitting over the 100 client mark I would immediately consider a dedicated server. You should be making plenty of profit with 300 active clients to justify the extra cost and save yourself from headaches untold.

Remember, not just your 300 clients are on that shared box but 90 to 100 other resellers are also. Plus all their sites and problems. They screw up and your down with no control other than support tickets.

I'm sure H9 would be more than happy to set you up with a dedicated box providing all the same wonderful features that make reseller hosting plans so attractive to you.

Math:

Top resseller = $50 USD and 25GB DS
to get to 80 at $1 USD/GB = $50
Add bandwidth 50GB = $5 USD

Total = $105 USD

Read Terms of service as these will apply to you and all of your clients

Dedicated a bit more for entry but will allow growth for you and remove possible restrictions
