Default Affiliate system

Notice that the affiliate sales refered... are marked with these status
1. pending.
2. not paid.

The is no additional information or legend. Adding thse would be helpful, especially to the not paid. I still not know what the 2 different. As the "not paid" is very high percentage, 100% all notpaid may 2007, so it concern me a lot!
