I've been on my share of hosts in the last 5 years and I have to say HostNine is the friendliest I've been on.
I have worked with Joshua and Travis on some support issues and I am very happy with the way they handled my situation. I was even in the chat and was disconnected and Joshua called my cell phone (didn't hear my phone, he left a message). This was uncalled for and appreciated. I would hope that anyone considering H9 would take support into consideration and takes my word that H9's support is great. This is a great review. As Travis said, sure does make things worthwhile. We love not only assisting our customers, but listening to their reviews afterwards. Makes us realize that we did succeed, at least with one customer.
