Cpanel X3 is already in use!
Hello.
I have a small reseller hosting package with another company. They started using Cpanel X3 and the new WHM interface two or three days ago. The new interface for both is marvelous  When is H9 turn to apply the new Cpanel and WHM to their customers' accounts? Soon, I hope.  Regards.

I'm not sure when they will be using cPanel 11 but they do have an announcement coming on their 1 year anniversary which is supposed to be big. you can read more here: http://forums.hostnine.com/showthread.php?t=543
