Default Is there a good Support Ticket system in Fantastico?

Looking to get our Support Ticket system setup, looks like there are at least a couple in Fantastico. Which one do you reccomend?

Hi,

I have not see any in fantastico but there is a free helpdesk ticketing system around, Cerberus helpdesk.

Cerby is a great tool for limited support. I believe they give you one email address you can use with it unless you pay for the product.

There really aren't too many outstanding ones out there unless you pay for them. A reasonable one to look into is SupportTrio.com.

The major players in support desk are:

Kayako
Cerberus
Auracle
Support Trio

i want kayako but license is $$$. is there someone here who has owned license? you'll just add around $49.95 one time payment for an additional domain.

You could always make the one e-mail address a 'list' address, then have your techs subscribe to that list.

Hi,
In fantastico i use crafty syntax for my live help system, there is also offline ticketing if there is no support currently available. The system allows for various departments and can control many sites from the single login.
