Been waiting on this ticket. I kept logging on to the site the support person directed me to and cancelling when it told me to choose a plan. Then the support person told me I will be able to choose to exclude the plan in the later stages of billing. Well, that didn't happen and I now have a web hosting plan that I don't need considering I have a reseller plan.
It was both are bads. I didn't read the finer print below each options. |

I thought the Ben took care of this problem but my account still shows the amount being deduct and no credits.
