Okay More Mars Issues

So for the past few weeks, Mars has been shaky. I opened a ticket yesterday asking what the deal is with all the high loads and downtime. Ben stated there was a large site (4 gigs) that had just been moved off the server which was causing the problems. Fair enough I figured, generally on the shared server side of things, this is pretty common and stuff happens.

However, today Mars has gone down 3 times and the loads have been spiking all throughout the day. This leads me to ask what is going on and what is in place to fix this?

If nothing is accomplished soon, I'd like to move to a different server. I can't be having this.

I've been here 7-8 months or so, can't remember, and this is the only time I've had an issue, so I'm not that worried, but I still can't have this continue.

The problems continue. Server keeps going down a few times a day. The load spikes fairly often.

What is the deal with this? Downtime is generally never more than a few mins, but still, it adds up.

I'd like a response to this. If it's other sites causing problems, this should have been taken care of. It doesn't take months to sort this out and it's going on a month + of problems.
