Default Modernbill license?

I signed up late Friday evening (Sat AM actually) for a reseller account. Travis responded quickly and transferred my accounts for me. So far so good on that...no hitches. Thanks Travis!

Just wondering what the hold up is with the modernbill license that comes with the reseller account. I've been waiting all afternoon and now night (and this is after searching the knowledge base to learn that I had to submit a ticket to get this thing that comes with my reseller account). The account is no good to me without being able to set up and use the modernbill.

Glad to hear everything went smoothly with the transfer of your sites. I checked sales and there are no tickets requesting ModernBill so I can only assume that we processed that for you.

Hey Travis,
Don't you know better than to assume? lol.

Anyhow, I have an OPEN high priority ticket so NO it has not been taken care of. Ticket number ZXY-313361. It was originally under Support and Matt transferred the ticket to sales. Maybe something went wacky with the transfer of it?

I do have to say that I don't get why we have to submit tickets to get the things that come with a reseller account but I suppose you have your reasons. Though I personally think that adding selections to the reseller ordering process would be more efficient; like yes/no on reselling, place for us to enter our private nameservers, and getting the modernbill lic info at once.

Please can someone help?

Just another here. but the best explanation for this is that one, for MB it will appear in your account as an item purchased but the amount will be $0.00 and has to do with tracking and documenting the issuance of these....and actually the license will be at the MB users site and issued by MB, but I think that H9 has to do someting to get you signed up there???

The other items are things that can be different for each account as there is not a default model for this and why you must submit a ticket to get it setup the way you want

Thanks Kobra. I do understand what you are saying but logistically, it makes sense to offer these options at sign up so that they can be worked on AT ONCE and not make the client wait (my operations and customer service management background rearing its ugly head). Its just plain extra work for everyone...completely inefficient.

Anyhooo....STILL WAITING here. Now its the next day and no more responses to my ticket or here from H9. C'mon guys! This is really getting annoying. I signed up Fri night/Sat AM and its now Sunday. I'd like to get get my reseller account operational.

Sorry about the mixup, the ticket kind of got lost in the transfer from support over to sales. I went ahead and got you the license and took care of that ticket for you.

Thanks Travis. Mix ups happen. Glad it was resolved and in a friendly manner too....yay. Off to check out my license and explore the modernbill.

Okay now this is getting ridiculous

HELLOOOOOO? C'mon. I'm still waiting. My ticket is still open...with no replies. No link to my modernbill license. This is something that your FAQ claims takes minutes....what is the hold up?

GRrrrrrrrr. This is a big fat waste of my time. I need someone to contact me with my modernbill license at once PLEASE. This frustation isn't worth the half off I got for first month's billing.
