Default Module Command Error After RC3

When creating a new site via WHMCS I'm getting the error message posted above.
If I click on the link that says click here than the site is created via RC 3.

Looks like the API is not communicating properly. I have regenerated the API key and updated this within WHMCS.

Any suggestions?

This is a user-specific question that should be directed to us via support ticket so that we can assign it to a developer for research.
