Is this not your internet connection?

HostNine's live chat is not hosted on any of their servers, its hosted on LivePerson servers.

How about other websites? There was a problem with one of the ISP's network in the UK recently.

The first thing i always check whenever my sites are down is other websites. All were fine and i could also reach hostnine.com but could not reach forums.hostnine.com so obviously this forum is on another server than the parent website.

Actually, you are right. The forums are hosted on a different server than the hostnine website. Smart move in my opinion to distribute the load.

Although, it might have also been a DNS problem either on yours or their end

Yep but only have these problems with H9, not with my other accounts with other providers.

Willow I have not had any downtime. You said that the Live Chat was offline. When Livechat is hosted by another company. I think it is your internet connection.

I never said that Live Chat was offline, i said that i kept being disconnected. If it were my internet connection then when i cant access my H9 hosted sites and forums.hostnine.com then i wouldnt be able to access the rest of the world which i can. The first thing i check when i cant access my websites is to check every other website i can think of

I am at this computer a good 12 hours a day working on my customers websites, uploading and downloading so im the first to notice when things are not accessable.
