Default My acc is suspended again

Hi there , my account (degirlgames.com) is suspended again and i received the following email from Ben

Quote:
Unfortunately your domain name had to be suspended for causing load
issues on our server. Is it possible for us to move your account to
another shared server?
From Ben

I do remember i had a spike of traffic to 2000+ unique visits/day 2 days ago. that's the only reason i can think of now.

May i ask if it's possible to warn the user before proceeding with acc suspension ?

Due to the fact that it caused 3 reboots within 12 hours we had no choice but to and not only did we notify you right away but we offered to move it to a new server that can handle it better.

How exactly did we go wrong here? Most companies would just say "suspended, bye" if they even notify you at all.

I'm really surprised that my site actually caused 2 reboots within 12 hours as it's much smaller ( in traffic ) compared to my 2 other sites hosted on 2 different hosts. Would you be able to send me some logs via emails so i can understand the area that was casuing the problem ? I will need to move to another high powered host (VPS?) if it's causing trouble on the new server and get suspended again ( 3rd time's no charm ) .

I had a huge spike of transfer from the normal 600Mb-900mb/day to 3-4 gig on one single day due to an unexpected "free advertisement" . I believe that's the cause of the FULL suspension but i do not know for sure . In hindsight, If you're to run a media/flash/download/image gallery site with decent traffic, IMO shared host may not be that suitable ( also depend on the server capability o!? raid 10 array ? ) . I guess a review site would not eat up too much CPU even with the BW is maxed out but that's only my humble opinion ......
