Default What about Custom Field Website Location?

That's currently as follows ...

Texas (USA),Berkshire (UK),California (USA),Chicago (USA),Georgia (USA),Illinois (USA),New York (USA),Washiington DC (USA),Singapore (ASIA)

Does the above need to be changed as well once updating to the new reseller central module?

The location list for the packages would be updated as below:

US-EAST,US-CENTRAL,US-WEST,UK,ASIA

To do this you would go to
Configuration -> Products/Services -> Edit Respective Product -> Custom Fields

Once there you would replace the current location list with the ones above in the Select Options text box.

Is this a mandatory update? If not performed, will it disrupt any functionality, now or later?

It's highly recommended as it adds backwards compatibility for the old location names as well.

We will be releasing our own Reseller Central module for RCV3 in a few weeks. Tons of new features and we want to be able to modify the module at any time rather then depending on WHMCS.

I am not sure if my problem is related to RCv3 or if it was existent prior to the migration. WHMCS is unable to create new accounts. When I attempt manually it gives me an error of "Invalid Package"

I have submitted a ticket (VDP-276967) which was escalated and I have yet to hear anything back. I am hoping maybe someone in here might be able to help faster than the ticket... (I consider this fairly major)
