Hotmail email problems?

I have tried all of the new softlayer servers and none of them are sending emails to hotmail.

I have tested these servers with different domains,
uscentral1
useast5
uswest5
useast9
useast4


I have a ticket id open for this FIO-846742, and they closed it saying that it is not their problem.

If anyone is on new servers please confirm it by sending an email to hotmail.

Have you added hotmail to your ASSP Deluxe Whitelist?

I am on 5 useast servers and have not had any problems except with useast3 this morning and that was resolves in a few minutes.

Is this a sending issue? how are you sending? if you are using outlook or outlook express what is your outgoing mailserver and port number?

I am sending through roundube of cpanel itself

and gmail;, yahoo and all others are working fine. Only hotmail is not showing mails.

Now what is heppening is all new forum users who are giving hotmail address to register are not getting verification code in their inbox nor junk mail.

Ben has not installed ASSP on uscentral1.

the forum is at useeast9 and it also dont have ASSP.

Have you Whitelisted hotmail.com mail in ASSP deluxe in Cpanel?

There is no ASSP deluxe on uscentral1 and useast9.

Mails from hotmail are reaching to cpanel. but mails sent to hotmail are not reaching hotmail.

Yes there is, I am on useast1 and there is. it's in the email section of Cpanel instead of Spamassassin.

Yes that's what I am saying that on these two servers it is not, and spamAssasin is there on these servers. (uscentral1 and useast9)

It is on mine, thats all I can say.

If you have this much problem with Hotmail...start using gmail, I use for everthing H9 related.

Should i tell all my clients to use gmail?

I am telling that if anyone sign up at forum, registers at whcms with hotmail address they dont get the email( like activation code, domain expiration email or account setup email or etc).

It was working fine on old servers.
