Default Need some advice regarding ASSP and what to tell my customers

I'm all for anything that improves the spam / blacklist problems, but I honestly don't have much clue as to how I should deal with ASSP Deluxe regarding my clients.

Question 1: Do I have to go in and setup anything specifically in ASSP Deluxe, or is it all enabled and ready to go?

Question 2: Must I give my clients access to CPanel to view their ASSP Deluxe SPAM logs? or, is there some other way for my clients to review their SPAM in the same way that I can using the ASSP GUI in CPanel? I ask because I don't give my clients CPanel access.

Question 3: The help doc in ASSP Deluxe has detailed instructions for how users should report SPAM. Should I give those instructions to my clients and insist they be diligent about reporting SPAM and doing so as indicated in the help docs?

That's it for now. I welcome any and all advice.

Question 4: The ASSP Deluxe online docs say ... if your server administrator activated SPAMBOX@ you can also read all your SPAM via email.

Do we have this plugin? If so, how do I activate it? If not, why not?

Can you give the link to the online docs. I really think H9 should have there own client side wiki for this subject, I don't see this issue going away on it's own.
