Thumbs up A good review...

I have been a customer of H9 for coming up to 2 months now and decided to write a little testimonial...

I have been a reseller for 3/4 years with a number of different companies but recently decided to change who I was hosted with due to poor uptime, and that alone.

I originally changed to another hosting company for a couple of weeks, but quickly found they had hidden charges (charging you for little changes "which require an admin" which I would expect a company to do for free to make the customer as happy as possible).

After realising I needed a different company, I came across Host Nine.

Pre-Sale
I had a few short chats using the LiveChat system. I found the operators very helpful, although a little slow to respond at times. One thing I was later very disappointed with was that they promised a free domain with each reseller account. Not needing a domain at that time, I thought I would ask if it would be possible to use the offer of a free domain at a later date, which I was told was absolutely fine.

A few weeks later I asked to have my free domain, but was told the operator had supplied me with incorrect information and free domains were only available to new customers. Despite me asking, I was offered no alternative or consolation, so they let me down there.

After-Sale
I had to transfer a number of accounts from my old server which were all done within 24 hours.

Issues
I had my IP banned from the server at one point, which prevented me access to my reseller account or any sites on the server. I sent a ticket about the issue and it was resolved quickly. It was apparently banned due to too many cPanel log-in failures. Although I am not quite sure how this happened.

Support
I am very happy with the support I have received. Tickets are responded to very quickly. If I don’t receive a response the same day, I’ll have a response waiting in the morning.

Uptime
I use host-tracker.com to monitor my sites uptime.
The site has been monitored for 44 days and has a total of 99.97% uptime.
That’s 15 mins 14 seconds downtime in 44 days. That’s certainly a lot better than I have had in the past. (Although I am not completely certain of host-tracker.com’s accuracy) I don’t know what users of this forum think?
I’ve had one week with two periods of downtime on two non-consecutive days. Other than that, a period of downtime has not occurred on more than one day in a week.

Summary
Overall I am very happy with the service provided by Host Nine. Apart from the issue with the free domain everything has gone well. I am currently very happy with the uptime (although I wouldn’t want it going much below this)!

So thanks for the service you’ve so far provided me and my customers!

well.. seem like too good to be true here.
i got myself sign up few days back.. and happy seeing happy faces here.

i going to setup host-tracker.com for tracking as well. and see whats the uptime for my site instead.
