Default cPanel Help Please

I noticed older hosting accounts that I have set up have a new and improved much easier to use cPanel called Accelerated2. However, whenever I create a new hosting account it goes back to the older version of it. How do I upgrade the cPanel for newer accounts to the Accelerated2 version?

that would suggest that the server you have created the account on is running a different version of cPanel - contacting support would probably help

You need to edit the default package you are creating each domain/account with and choose whatever CPanel theme your want from there.

This is available as a link from within RC, but directs to
https://cp.hostnine.com/main/actions/edit_package.php
