I never believed in doing business by depending upon the ignorance of my customers. Hence, I will tell my customers that I'm a reseller and that my host of choice at the moment is Hostnine; just as Hostnine isn't hush hush concerning using Fastservers (ofcourse, my market is narrow enough that I don't have any competitors.)
Anyway, if I have problem that I can't solve or I'm not available, can my client use Hostnine support including live chat? I don't want to tax the system but only in emergencies? |

I dont think so as that would be classed as end user support which H9 doesnt do. Your best bet is to submit a ticket and get an official response rather than waiting for an answer from the forum
