It would be nice if we didn't have to retype this info every single time we create a new ticket, why does username and password need to be entered ?

It's to help the staff have full knowledge of the customer in case some of this info is needed with the issue. It also verifies you are who you say you are, though I suppose having already created an account should be good enough.
With that being said, from the few times I've sent in a ticket, a lot of the time I don't fill that stuff out and still get a response. I wouldn't recommend this however. |
