Hi,

I apologize for the delay on your transfer ticket but we were having issues with the old host and creating the full backups. Someone is still working on this.

This is also a transfer you initiated long after signing up with our services. We do put the new transfers ahead as we normally do not transfer sites for existing customers but we are going to do this for you.

Keven,

I am just another poster here but take note of what is stated....H9 moves "NEW" accounts.

You as a reseller need to get onboard and you create the backup for your potential clients and then H9 can restore from your provided backup for you.

As a reseller you should be doing parts of this and not requesting to have H9 do this for you.
