Hey guys,
I have a client who needs SSL install. I went and visited H9 SSL install form. Questions: 1. Whose Client ID is it ? Mine or my client? 2. Whose Full Name and e-mail is it? Mine or my client? 3. Isn't there a feature where you can just activate SSL in WHM? I know this because I have another reseller server and I was not request to use any kind of SSL install form ... |

Be sure you've already requested a dedicated IP before you request the SSL install.
I used my (reseller) username name and email then specified the domain for the SSL install. But this was for a domain under my reseller username anyway. I'm not sure in your case. I'm sure they'll contact you if they need more info. |
