When setting up your cron job in cpanel, How do U set it to not notify ya every time it is completed?

If you do a search on google for CRON jobs I think it is a -O with >/dev/null
eg wget -O http://www.blahblahblah.com >/dev/null |

>/dev/null is the correct way to have it not send.
