On the 24/06/09 i brought from you reseller hosting, I tried it out for
hours to find it did not have what i needed. So on the same day I requested it to be canceled and for a refund its now the 27/06/09 and i have replied to the same ticket 4 times with no reply. All i get from live support is it can take up 48 hours. On your support it states *Average Response Times* *Sales:* 0 Hour most of the time since the request for the account to be canceled. Why has it taken so long, with other company i have tried out and found it not to be suitable for me i have gotten a refund and my account canceled within hours of putting in the request. Personally it seems your more then happy to take peoples money and respond to there sales questions within hours and the same for support but when some one wants to leave it takes days. Then I spoke to some one on live support and this was the chat: __________________________________________________ ___ Chat Information Thank you for your interest in HostNine! Your cancellation will be processed in the order it was received. Sales: Is there anything else I can assist you with today? bambie: Wednesday was the day i asked for the refund and now its Saturday, now your saying it won't even be sorted until after Monday. you should not have on the site and people in live chat stating it can take UP TO 48 HOURS when its taken longer then 3 days, also it should be on the site that billing don't work normal hours. Sales: HostNine - Contact Information - 99.9% Uptime - 24x7 Support - 877-251-HOST Sales: Sales and Billing are available 9am to 5pm Central Time, Monday - Friday. Sales: Clearly noted. Sales: Again this will be processed in the order received by that department Sales: As you do not have a sales issue for me, I will disconnect now as I cannot be of further assistance Chat Information Chat session has ended. ________________________________________ This is discussing, and as far as i am concerned if its "Again this will be processed in the order received by that department" you must lose hundreds of clients a day if it takes over 3 days to close an account and click on refund via paypal. And if your losing that many clients host nine should ask them self what there doing wrong. Your employee stated "Those are handled by the billing department within 2 business days, not including weekends" this is not true my request was put in Wednesday and now its Saturday. So if your thinking of joining host nine i would suggest DON'T. |

Hello,
I personally processed the cancellation and refund in full early this morning. The reason that it took longer than normal was because there were constant replies to the ticket, which essentially bumped it to the bottom of the queue. Each time a reply is made to a ticket it moves it to the bottom of the list, which is not something we do, but something that the helpdesk software we use does. |
