How long does/should the average ticket go before a response by H9 staff is posted?

It all depends on what time of day it is, For example peek hours. It is normally responded to within a couple of minutes however the most i have ever waited for a ticket to be responded is 15 minutes.

My experience with H9 has been quick response times on all tickets depending on the urgency you marked the ticket.
Have you tried sending them a box of Snickers? I believe most of us here have and it is written in their Terms of Service that before receiving a fast response time, you must first furnish the boys/girls of H9 with a box of Snickers. I bet this is the reason you might not be getting a response. Gotta keep them fed! (only kidding of course, or am I?) |
