Do you mean an actual *Forum* or a web-hosting account?

If you're talking about auto-creation of an actual Forum board, there are scripts available that are as simple as uploading numerous files to your server, visiting the sign-up page, and the Forum is automatically created. Here are a few I've managed to dig up:

- phpBB: http://sebflipper.com/?page=scripts
- IPB v1.3: http://sebflipper.com/?page=scripts
- SMF: http://www.smfmultiforums.com/

All of the above are commercial scripts, meaning they're not free. The only Multi-Forums script I've seen that's actually free is the one from AMFR (can be found here: http://www.amfrservices.net/)

AMFR's script isn't as good as the scripts from Sebflipper.com, but they'll do the job.

Joe, meltingcube means the script that auto creates a forum account when you sign up in Modernbill, not a forum or web-hosting account
