Default new reseller and my observations

Hi,

I just recently signed up for a reseller account with H9. I've been a reseller with another host since 2005 but they were sold to another company and since then the service has been marginal at best. I read through pages and pages of reviews for different hosts and found H9 to have very good reviews.

First I have to say, the service has been excellent, the support team has done an outstanding job responding to any questions I had. The servers have been working great and really fast, especially compared to my old host and thier old p3 servers with 512mb ram , it used to take forever to get into my cpanel and whm, not a problem anymore.

my only suggestions right now. a little more info for new accounts would be really helpful.
When you sign up for a plan it says "FREE ModernBill billing software and FREE cPanel control panel. You'll also get a FREE website builder with 300 profesional templates" . Naturally when I see something is included in a package I expect that it will be available along with everything else. modernbill included in the reseller packages (thats a huge plus and worth the price of the pacage right there) but you have to request a license in order to get it. I had to search all over the site untill I finally found a post on the forum mentioning that.

same with the sitebuilder, I searched all over until I found something saying I needed to fill out a request form for it.

I think it would be a big timesaver for new clients to have that info listed in the resellers getting started page.

otherwise, I'm very happy with H9, I think I may stick around for awhile

ok fair enough, I was just suggesting adding that info to the reseller getting started guide since It's probably something most resellers would like to have anyway.

I also think it's an excellent idea to include this info in the resellers getting started guide.

I agree as it would make it much easier, although the links are located here: http://support.hostnine.com/addons.php, maybe making a link to that page would be sufficient. Also, some of the links need to be updated on that page.
