Default downtime again?

Ok here goes, does anyone know what this means please?
Once again my sites are down but I can access any other sites on the web, so i look in whm and am seeing the following
Server load 14.20 (4cpus) with a red light

Just to add
I am now seeing
httpd (1.3.37 (Unix)) failed red light showing
exim (exim-4.63-1_cpanel_maildir) failed red light showing

I would recommend that you submit a support ticket along with what server you are on.

It seems like there is nothing to worry about. Is your website up? 4CPU is normally fine.

WHM is quite sensitive when it comes to server load. 14 load isn't exactly low but nothing really to worry about. As far as seeing red on the httpd and exim, one of our admins were most likely restarting services to get everything back to normal which sometimes has to be done.

Also, it takes a little while for the cPanel services page to update once the service is back up, so it isn't always accurate

On issues of such, 14 cpus is considerably high as ofter you run at below 10, I would always suggest first contacting support and seeing if they are doing some maintenance or reboot. I am sure they have alerts set to notify them once they begin to surpass 10 cpus.
