Favicon
I would suggest that HostNine add a favicon to their website. I created one for a sample from the logo seen here:
 . I've also attached the favicon.ico.I would also suggest forbidding or placing a index.html file in the /images folder to stop browsing

You could also add it to the forums and support directories (and any others) to replace the vbulletin and kayako ones.
