Is there trouble with downtime today, i have submitted tickets but they keep getting closed without proper answers?

im on rocket too... didnt notice any down time.. will wait and see what my end of day uptime report software has to say.

i don't know where the hell i am, but i got an FTP downtime for about few minutes. nothing to worry about, probably scheduled cleanup.

I don't remember there being any downtime today. However, I think rocket had apache fail for less then one minute.
