Domain Name support
Hey all!
Just wanted to clarify what Domain name support is for because I've seen a range of different issues in this department that really doesn't belong there. Domain name support is for issues / questions with Domains registered with Hostnine. Such as EPP keys, private DNS, domain whois protection. This queue is also used for domain transfers from one registrar to another. That's about it. If your support request does not fall under anything listed above then your going to want to put the ticket to Support. Thanks!
